Does the GLOBAL BIDET have a warranty?

Yes, the GLOBAL BIDET comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Our product comes with a 12-month guarantee on equipment and parts. We will replace any defective parts, free of charge, within the specified warranty period.

GLOBAL BIDET reserves the right to inspect the product to confirm that the issue is covered by this warranty.

Warranty exclusions:

a) Damage resulting from negligent or improper use or failure to follow instructions
b) Damage resulting from modification of the product
c) Damage resulting from normal “wear and tear” of the product

 

What is your return/refund policy?

You can return the undamaged GLOBAL BIDET within 15 days of your initial order date. A pre-authorization for all returns must be obtained from GLOBAL BIDET prior to return. If a return is sent without pre-authorization, it will not be refunded or credited.

To initiate a return/refund please send an email to info@globalbidet.com and include your order number.

Refunds will be issued only after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds are processed approximately 7 to 10 business days following the receipt of the bidet and all itsaccessories to our return facility in Rotterdam.

Refunds only include the cost the product; we do not refund shipping fees or customs fees you may have paid on your original purchase.

The customer is responsible for shipping fees to return the GLOBAL BIDET and all it’s accessories to our facility at the following address: Hoevenseweg 41, 4877LA Etten-Leur, Netherlands

A €15 (fifteen) Euro will be deducted from the refund to cover restocking fees.

 

What should I do if the product received is damaged?

It is important to submit photos of the condition of the box and the product so we can document it. A replacement unit will be sent out to you, at no extra cost.
