Terms of service

You can return the undamaged GLOBAL BIDET within 15 days of your initial order date. A pre-authorization for all returns must be obtained from GLOBAL BIDET prior to return. If a return is sent without pre-authorization, it will not be refunded or credited.

To initiate a return/refund please send an email to info@globalbidet.com and include your order number.

Refunds will be issued only after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds are processed approximately 7 to 10 business days following the receipt of the bidet and all its accessories to our return facility in Rotterdam.

Refunds only include the cost the product; we do not refund shipping fees or customs fees you may have paid on your original purchase.

The customer is responsible for shipping fees to return the GLOBAL BIDET and all it’s accessories to our facility at the following address: Hoevenseweg 41, 4877LA Etten-Leur, Netherlands

A €15 (fifteen) Euro will be deducted from the refund to cover restocking fees.
